im with lycos, but im sure theres plenty others. Im paying more than i should be really. to stream an mp3 all you need to do is upload the beat to your website, preferably to a seperate folder just for mp3s. Then with notepad type the full url of the uploaded track (eg. http://www.stresswon.com/mp3s/Filename.mp3)
and save the file as Filename.m3u, then upload that file to your website. To stream the track just add a link to the m3u file on a webpage and thats it.
Your link will be something like :-
<a href="http://www.stresswon.com/m3u/Filename.m3u">Link To Filename</a>
