The Volume on Video 2 is very very low I had to turn up Wave and Volume Control to the max and could still barely hear audio

I didn't want to have it regular level because I was working with the test tones. Didn't want u guys ripping me for fucking up your hearing or speakers...lol


I'm new at this but I went back and found a way to balance out the volume. I'll hit u with the new link when it's uploaded.

Covers everything you need to know about the Audio menu under preferences. Audio Device settings, Sample Rate, Latency settings and how to test your sound card to insure the best buffer size setting for your particular set up. Ableton has a built in Test to check and set overall latency. Also test how much of a load you can put on Ableton and how it will effect your CPU.

First and foremost I want to say thanks for the help with Ableton 7 you hooked me up with a few weeks ago when it came to using my MPD 32 and Ableton Live 7 like more like a MPC. I had the MPK 49 and realized that 16 pads of the MPD 32 works a lot better than the 12 Pads if the MPK 49. I went out and purchased one last night. I know the two Products are very similar but the MPD 32 just opened up my workflow.

Back to business. Are you panning on making a tutorial on how to flip samples in Ableton Live 7 via the drum rack? I think that it would be very helpful to us who use Abelton Live 7 and the MPD 32 or similar products to emulate an MPC. I would do it if I had a video cam set up lol.

I don't make a habit of flipping samples but I'll see what I can do. I very seriously doubt I'll be doing the over the shoulder cam type tutorials though. Not sure if flipping a sample and recording it with the software that I use will be all that useful.

I definitely don't think a production tutorial from me would benefit anybody on ILL, me being down here in the dirty and all. We'll see though.

About consolidating all the links...how do I do that or can u make it happen. I asked Fade a similar question. Since I'm not doing the YouTube thing could I get the links post in one area and let people comment in another...would definitely help out the cause!

This way you can add onto it and place a title like part one part two etc next to it, I assume you will want to change the wording there..lol
