Oh God, hey people are dying all the time and it sure is sad when someone, (anyone), loses someone close to them; but are we supposed to give a fuck about Kanye's mother cause of who he is? I just don't see what makes his mum more special than anyone else; and I sure as fuck don't see what this thread is doing in "The Lab".

The condolences are for the loss of a fellow producers "moms" life that was taken to soon. I think that's appropriate. I personally don't care to much about Kanye the man but damn. Losing a mother is something serious. They give birth to all the children of the world and I believe that's why dudes are posting hearth felt sympathy. this doesn't matter if it is Kanye or not, the thread is an informative thread about a well known, well liked/hated producer's personal life. Just because some think he is overrated, your complaints have nothing to do with the topic of the thread. If this post had been about when Nas' Mom died, I'm sure the same people that came in here all huffy, would be giving their respect. This thread had nothing to do with the mans music, but about a personal loss that some can relate to. With him being a producer, whether you hate him or love him, MOST of us can relate to a loss like that. That being said, at least show enough respect for a human life to keep your mouths shut for one thread, and not disrespect your fellow members with all the hate. IF you want to bag on kanye, go to one of the other threads that are about him beings so dope, or him having a new song out...
