no offense but bpm is a complete rip of guru. they don't even try to hide it either, lol. but the motu name will help sell it despite that and being slightly more expensive than guru

It is very similar to GURU, but GURU is a copy of hardware anyway. BPM handles instruments much better. Its not going to stop me from using Battery and Redrum but it is lots of fun. BPM really is trying to be an MPC with more features, to be honest with a good controller I don't see why anyone would want an MPC these days (not to start a flame war) all in all it is worth looking in to over GURU. Also GURU chops much better.
