Pure golden era vibes! The LP filter, short little piano chops and processing on them is great. You really captured the soul and general vibe of 90s golden era. The remix itself is really dope too. I think you chose the perfect song for the beat. If I didn't know this record, I genuinely think it could be mistaken for the original in terms of fit and matching vibes.

Ooooooh yeah! The opening transports me to an old smokey Jazz club. I'm wearing a daper suit, drinking a scotch, and smoking a cigar. The breakdown with the monologue was a great creative idea. I like that you pulled all the major elements; winds, brass, and horns. Only point of critique is that it sounds like some clipping going on. Otherwise, this is dope!

Love you went more funky with this. The bass/clavinet combo is deadly. The piano chops are a nice foundation to layer on top off. I think the only really critique is the sample isn't really the centrepiece of the beat. Nothing wrong with that. It's cool seeing people take one sample in multiple different directions. I tend to add my own elements to samples as well.

@hosie really dope, the vocal is a great fit for the beat, my only criticism is there might be a little click on the kick, check the chop on it and check its chopped on the zero crossing. Or add a very slight fade in on the kick to get rid of it. Not sure its on the kick because it doesnt happen with every kick hit, maybe on one of the sample chops, possibly the first one.
