It is but it isnt. When in that type of marketing business outside of music, and your a celebertiy at their level you have to protect your name as well as your children. Jay and B make money off their name and their child is part of them.
It just shows me that we aren't as smart as we think we are...if we were all that smart one of us would have grabbed the copyrights on that name as soon as that child was born and J and B would be coming to see us for the rights! ...and sorry, it wouldn't have gone cheap...hahaha j/k

yeah, but if they were a bit smarter, they could have given the kid a normal name.
that just destroyed what i wanted to type, which is.. everyone is trying to make a quick buck... such as private owned clothing shops or whatever, they can simply copyright the name and do whatever basically..
but like you said, they chose that name... and it aint normal.. just gonna keep it humble by saying, its 'unique.
