in all honesty, as far as spending the money.. im not that type of dude. all i want is a home, my little home studio set up inside, some decent furniture, and thats about it.
im not even buying a new car. im going to get a second car that runs well in the $1500 range and rebuild my civic- drop 7 grand or so, and basically turn it into a new car, pimp my ride status but with more practicality in mind. i dont even want to live it up!
living it up will mean socking away enough money for a year of mortgages and utilities, and making a few small investments while doing nothing but music and getting on that grind as the next phase of my life in a real way. plus i have my teflon polishing business on the side, so really that can be my spending money while my home is being paid off. i could live off of 500 a month or so with the way i have everything planned and alloted at this point, but when the time comes we'll see... thanks though for real, i apppreciate the info whether or not it was something i thought of or not.
