No, all these are Rack extensions and you will have to buy each one. But the pricing seems like it will be 10-50$ for each plugin. I do know that Pulsar will be free. But yea, you need to upgrade to R6 ASAP!
Hopefully, plugin makers will release an RE version of their plugs along with their VST and RTAS versions. I wouldnt count on it, but it would be nice to pay once for a plugin and not have to buy multiple versions.
All that aside though, if I want to use VST's along with reason, I just rewire into cubase or acid pro and use the vsts in those. And I can do that now.

I think some will, but many people are making Reason specific plugins. Its a very cool time for reason users!
