That's my boy's web design company. He's a graphic deisgner, has a huge portfolio. His stuff is much better than any of the links I looked at in this thread. PM me and I'll give you a referral. He uses lot's of flash, but if you don't want a huge amount of animation etc, he can keep it as simple as you'd like.

and all the site looks like to me is flash with a bunch of actionscripts that can be easily found at tutorialized.com
not very impressed. does it even have a CMS, is it OpenSource, is it w3c compliant, web optimized (obviosly not.. for a flash site), do u know what any of this stuff is?
