What do yall Think about the Real I.D. Act of 2005 (Bill HR 418) that dosnt take effect unitil sometime in December of 09' which will require you to have a national I.D. instead of your driver's License? Now keep in mind you cant travel by air or land i.e. car, train, plane, bus nor open up a bank account or anything that requires you to use your S.S. ID number. Isn't it kind of like that now anyways? Most countries around the world uses National ID cards especially the European countries. I think this will only be a big issue for undocumentd immigrants to get access to federal places and etc. It's also upto the states to provide drivers licenses due to the fact that driving regulations differ from state to state unless the U.S. passed a law that all drivers must follow the national regulations. I'm sure they'll have a quicker way to convert your drivers licenese to a national id. I know Conneticut already started issuing it to people.

You have every right to be paranoid about it, its just the precurser to the implantable chip. They have being trying to get these id schemes in for a long time, using many excuses that just dont add up.
Yes it is big brother no doubt about it, they want to track and log every single person in the world.
The most popular answer to anyone that descents against it is, that if you dont do anything wrong then you have nothing to worry about. But when critisising the evil corruption that goes on becomes illegal and beleive me we are getting there already, then we will all become pretty much criminals. We are currently at the stage of criminalising youngstaz that are just doing what bored youngstaz do now that their youth centers and recreation facilities are slowly being sold off and knocked down to make way for private land developments.
It makes me sick because I can see the big picture, but most people just call me paranoid, I prefer the term informed, and open eyed.

Exactly, and I'm not one of those "Conspiracy Theorist" type of people neither but when certain things keep popping up like this and the way it is done just dosnt add up. Look at how they did this, The dude that submitted this bill has been trying to have it signed for a while and it kept getting shut down, and when that war fund bill was signed this bill (H.R. 418) was attached to it which of course Bush signed it in. they're gonna feed people that B.S. of it'll protect you against "Terroism" illegal immigrants and it'll prevent your ID from being duplicated. they're doing the samething with your passport and if you try to get into Mexico or Canada 1 you'll have to scan in and 2 this permits the 2 countries to access your records down to what blood type you are. And also this gives Homeland security the right to do whatever they please to do with you if you dont comform to that system. So basicly what I'm saying is that in the Bill it states that if you dont have one of these IDs you will not be recognized as a citizen but not in those words and the states that dont participate wont recieve govermental funding. Just pay attention to whats going on with those Immigration Bills that may pass in the near future. I hope it does get repealed

Yea I remember a while back probably like 5 years ago my drivers license had my SS# on it. But the person can request to get a different number if they wanted. Now my license just has a state issued number instead of my SS#
