He might be wack (in your opinion) but if dude networks around his town or interns at the right radio station, it's only a matter of time, he'll get album/mixtape placements hate it or love it. Any producer is one co-sign away from being in the game.

It's no longer about who is wack or who isn't, the dividing line nowadays is who is on and who isn't. There's a lot of people with great beats, but if nobody important is calling them to be on any albums, then they are in the same boat as somebody who is considered a beginner.
I'm thinking its a joke too, he must not wanna put his real stuff online.
