hypersonic recording problem

i use hypersonic with fl studio.when i play it i can hear sounds from hypersonic but when i hit the record button.it stop playing sounds when i type the keys.plz help

ps:i know how to record and use vst instrument i have this prob only with hypersonic

if its not user error (which you say it isn't, the you gotta give more detail if you want help. Also have you contacted Image Line and Steinberg about it?
