Greetings Folks,
How's it going? What's good?
I got a new job the other day - a reception clerk @ a 4-star hotel: http://www.rimonim.com/Hotel.aspx?Lang=eng&Hotel=79
Enough with all the security-related work, all's well that ends well
Anyway, this is the perfect work to continue my spiritually-oriented psychological\psychoanalytical research.
Briefly-expressed, humans are disappointing. Shallow, superficial, serpent, egoistical, bad-tempered & hotheaded - in one word: RIFFRAFF.
Unfortunately, People are stupid; given proper motivation, almost anyone will believe almost anything. Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it’s true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People's heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true. People are stupid; they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so are all easier to fool.
My DEAR friends, it's always the best to remain a simple, humble & kind person and to stay out of the SYSTEM as much as possible. Remember, 'Dust you are and to dust you shall return'. Rarely can a human truly transcend this state. Most humans are bound to roll their entire miserable lives within a known in advance VICIOUS CIRCLE. You can escape by either experiencing otherworldly suffering and\or by undergoing a profound (by lack of better words) spiritual enlightenment...
Each of one you is truly unique. Each one of you (well, almost...) has escaped the neverending cycle aforementioned. Don't stray, keep up the INCREDIBLE existence of your SELF. 'Liberate your mind' is what I proclaim. Timeless spiritual truth is about the existence of GOD in man! You must first confront the Dark in order to be lead into the Light... I will never sleep through your darkest hour my dear friends!
Please keep in mind:
A. Passion rules reason.
B. There is magic in forgiveness. Magic to heal. In forgiveness you grant, and more so in the forgiveness you receive. Note: The forgiveness must be sincere.
C. Mind what people do, not only what they say, for deeds will betray a lie.
D. The only sovereign you can allow to rule is reason. It is not only the most important rule, but the simplest. Nonetheless, it is the one most often ignored and violated, and by far the most despised. It must be wielded in spite of the ceaseless, howling protests on the wicked.
E. Life is the future, not the past. The past can teach us, through experience, how to accomplish things in the future, comfort us with cherished memories, and provide the foundation of what has already been accomplished. But only the future holds life. To live in the past is to embrace what is dead. To live life to its fullest, each day must be created anew. As rational, thinking beings we must use our intellect, not a blind devotion to what has come before, to make rational choices.
F. The greatest harm can result from the best intentions. It sounds a paradox, but kindness and good intentions can be an insidious path to destruction. Sometimes doing what seems right is wrong, and can cause harm. The only counter to it is knowledge, wisdom, forethought, and understanding the First Rule. Even then, that is not always enough.

"Siddhartha listened. He was now listening intently, completely absorbed, quite empty, taking in everything. He felt that he had now completely learned the art of listening. He had often heard all this before, all these numerous voices in the river, but today they sounded different. He could no longer distinguish the different voices--the merry voice from the weeping voice, the childish voice from the manly voice. They all belonged to each other: the lament of those who yearn, the laughter of the wise, the cry of indignation and the groan of the dying. They were all interwoven and interlocked, entwined in a thousand ways. And all the voices, all the goals, all the yearnings, all the sorrows, all the pleasures, all the good and evil, all of them together was the world. All of them together was the stream of events, the music of life. When Siddhartha listened attentively to this river, to this song of a thousand voices; when he did not bind his soul to any one particular voice and absorb it in his Self, but heard them all, the whole, the unity; then the great song of a thousand voices consisted of one word: Om - perfection."
