how to Hook up MPC to the Proteus 2000

this is how i got it hooked up
keyboard out going into mpc in
mpc out a going into proteus in

i got the proteus set to 1a

i got the seq on the mpc setup midi.... then i got it on 1a

but when i play i cannot hear no sound....do I need to have the module pluged into the mixer?

can someone give me a run by on how to do it from start to finish...wiring to settings...

in other words newbie instructions...

proteus 2000 /MPC xl

Yes you have to plug the audio out of the proteus ...to your mixer
make sure that you have your proteus set to multis,That can be excess on
the front panel of the proteus that said master button... turn it to you get to
midi mode ... set it to multi mode and you should be set.

Hows that Protues treatin u? I got the PK-6 which is the same except its the key version of your module. Lets us know how its goin.

I love my Proteus 2000, if you need anymore help hit me up on AIM. These things can be tricky at first. it took me a month to figure out how to save. i was writing down my setting on a post card.

Well its alot easier on the keyboard than the module to learn how to save well at least to me. I wish i could get a hold of the MK-6.
