Either this chick bruises easily or CB got some power.....
But if I bashed a chicks face in like that, she definitely did something to deserve it....I don't see a dude at his current social/economic/celebrity status do that for apparently no reason....

Only reason why I make light of this situation...is that she caught a beating....but there's women out there who've gotten it way worse for a longer period of time and people don't seem to give a shit.....
But when it's Rhianna...it's a huge deal..... Personally I could give a fuck about Rhianna.....she has all the money to leave this dude...and start new...... It's the battered women who are/feel stuck at home with a piece of shit for a husband/boyfriend I worry about....
Maybe this event will bring people to recognize the seriousness of situations similar to these that aren't put in the spotlight....She can be an advocate for battered women and have other women stand up for themselves/walk away from those who are abusing them.

but sayin' people are only caring because she's a celeb when woman's group's, social groups, and others are always tryin' to bring it up. all the psa's, afterschool specials, shows/films with messages, etc trying to inform young chicks about not accepting abuse has been out there so much.
people are fucked up, rich, poor, men, women, so common sense like leave a dude hitting you that ain't love, or leave that chick, she ain't the only one that can respect you, if you must spank a kid but don't damn near beat a child verbally, physically, etc is filtered by the effed up parts, usually established from childhood.

I personally believe the photo was leaked because Rihanna wanted to mend things with him. The manager or somebody in LAPD probably leaked it and then LAPD put out a statement against the leak in order to protect their asses.

The tabloids are going nuts on this....saying she wants to stay with CB.. If she does, she'd be the perfect role model for young ladies. "hey he only hits you because he loves you". Basically both their careers have hit a turning point. CB's career is pretty much fucked. Rihanna's career will be too if she stays with the dude.... Do I sense another Ike and Tina? Maybe even Bobby & Whitney? Only time will tell....
