How to disable the sound when starting Fruity Loops?

im not sure... i think i remember that when i was changing the theme of my fruity loops(the whole wallpaper,skin, theme thingy).... the same place where you install a new skin like stealth..... i remember there being an option to have a silent start up.... its somewhere in the options, just look for it
