1)Call me some time
2)Say hi when u see me
3)Get in contact with me
Etc....
Can also mean -show me some "props"(slang term for propers meaning repect) beacuse I have, or did some thing that is good.
(Ie: I passed my finals holla @ ya boy.)

Another term also used in the same way is
" Scream @ me"
