Guitar Center christmas specials

I just got a Guitar Center christmas catalog in the mail the other day. ive been wanting a 16 track for aw hile now and have been looking at the Yamaha AW16G. in this catalog they have an offer for the yamaha for $999.00, which it normally goes for, and they are offering for free a groove tubes studio condenser mic. has anyone heard of groove tubes mics? if so are they any good? it says they retail for $599.99.

also could someone who's used this machine give some pros and cons. Thanks

I heard the groove tubes mics were wack but have never used one myself so im not positive.Search google for reviews if you dont get more reply's.

what up art. so what's the deal on the mics are they wack or what? are they givin them away cause they're shit and didn't sell?

it's too late any way i already went and bought the shit. i needed a multi track anyway and that was the one i was lookin at so the free mic just finally made me get off my ass and go buy it.
