someone said something asbout that style "not being their own anyways"
i beg to differ- the whole northern midwest adopted that "speed" style. it was a releatively common style....
nobody that has come along has been able to meld the elements together that they did.... sure twista is fast, and do or die, but can they harmonize the voices of four (sometimes five, i know) guys and makeit work? can they go from rapping to singing at that pace with equal ease and result? can they do retaliation on a track and teach the world the next, and make it believeable?
and the production... dont get me started... you hear instrumentals and its like, i wouldnt have even CONSIDERED some of those tracks (days of our lives comes to mind) and the rest... nobody, NOBODY could rock the beats they did with the results they got.....
oh, and anyone else wondering about the tracks they did with eazy e, tupac, and biggie, and even pun (krayzie) right before their deaths? tahts just a trip, thas all.....
one other thing is, ITS OK TO DISAGREE AND NOT ARGUE FOLKS.
*note to nas- what are you today? a gangsta, a preacher, what? that beat down you caught should give you a good dose of reality..... and get some new boy guards. it dont look good when you cand at least 2 bodyguards get beat down like that by two guys..... and then they torch your SUV..... please dont deny THIS one as well...
