G-Unit/Wu-Tang Sample

Does anybody know anything about the guitar sample used in that Wu-Tang track off of Iron Flag where there like "Wu-Tang N*gga thats whats up" and the guitar is also used in that G-Unit version on 50 Cent's Guess Whoz Back album?


Is this a sample? Is it samplin a classic track i just never heard of?

I heard this guy bumpin that in his truck today, and i guess i just never thought about that.
