i dont think youll ever move on from fruity loops, i got an mpc and i still use fruity loops sometime matter of fact im def gunna cop this version 5 its just an ill program, just when you think your out, it pulls you back in

Ok when I was in NY I got to participate in the Rocafella session and showcase some tracks for upcoming projects....there is a guy I have known in DP that always had hot beats.....here are some of them....these beats are ok but the ones he played for the A&R were even better, I won't fake my jaw dropped when they played the beats.....but what made it drop even more was when he told everyone he used fruity loops......and thats basically it.....

A lot of people like to think that fruity loops is wack. People who does think like that just dosent know that anyone can do professional beat with that program. You only have to find good samples and play it the way you want it. A lot of people told me that i dont need to buy thousand dollars of equipement, mpc, etc. I felt like i needed to move on musically, but honestly, i think that when you master something, keep it. Fruity loops rule! Too bad that program is not popular in studios...

I dunno about V5, but I see the FL XXL at a $399, guessing that's the new release.

Looks nice, but not really different, probably some logical additions... like the video support and realtime timestretching.
