So you all know by now how expensive music production can get.
whether your just beginning or have gone a few steps ahead money is almost 50% of what we consider in every decision.

With that said, id like to start this thread on where we could get FREE vst's effects and what not that could help anyone from those who are broke to those struggling to tackle that creative block in their way.

This is a great combination of an envelope shaper and a saturator that I use on a lot of my drums to give them a bit more punch. There's even a section devoted to emulating an exciter, if I remember correctly.

The website has a few other cool looking free things too, but I haven't checked them out yet.
