FL Studio Hi Hats technique, 9TH WONDER style

I have one question about 9Th Wonder hi-hats rhythm, I listen the Threat and other productions and the hi-hats seem to be faster than the bpm of music, this results in a beat with more "movement".
I made a beat with the same BPM of Threat and my hi hats seemed to be slower than the 9TH Wonder
Anyone know any techniques to make the hi hats with this rhythm in FL Studio?

could someone send me or show any video?

The bpm is the same...but you can get the same effect by tweaking the velocities for each hi hat hit. Like this...Fill your hi hats all the way across, make sure that the green light is on right beside your hi hat button, then click the button that I circled in the top right corner and lower every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th hit. Click the button in the top right corner again to close the window. Thats it!

Yeah..you can slide them slightly by 1/64th to the right...



Or you can place the hats on the piano roll, but take off the snap to cell, but put them slightly off....
