fl studio 808 bass

just wondering whats the best/easiest way to find out the key of your samples.. Im trying to figure out how to match my 808 bass key to the key of the sample, any suggestions help. thanks

Open the 808 in Edison click the regions button (the flag right by the wrench) then Click detect pitch regions.

isn't the 808 supposed to drop off slightly in pitch though?
