I temporarily went back to 9, 10 is messing up my workflow...I can't get pass not having the pattern/track option in the playlist. I recommend NOT deleting or changing everything over to 10 until you check it out thoroughly. It's hot any everything and it may be better for you but it's definitely not for me at this time.
