Guys. Who is your top 3 Sample-Free Producers?

I feel like i have to go with

Scott Storch
Neptunes
Timbaland / Swiss Beats

The reason i ask is because i need some new inspiration.
I am about to start working on building a huge Sample-Free Beat Catalogue for selling beats online / licensing / placements

I dont feel like i wanna just start making trap beats like every other producer out there these days. Allthough i will have to have some to cover some demand.
But ultimately i wanna keep it straight up hip hop.
What kinda beats are you selling online?

Another thing i am working on also is building a catalogue of my own samples. I have tried this a bit and i feel when you have all really dope samples ready to go its alot easier to get a dope beat done quickly since you spend less time tweaking everything. The workflow seems alot quicker and you also are able to express your creativity better because of less distraction.

What are your thoughts?

add Zaytoven maybe and Ryan Leslie to the list?

Can't comment on selling beats online, other than its too saturated.
I'd rather focus on my style of music and market that at least you would have some edge that'll separate you from everybody else.

Are you talking about loops or samples?
hit me up maybe we can do a marketing scheme where I use them?
Let me know your thoughts!
Peace!

Side note, I'm pretty sure, Timbaland Swiss and the Neptunes samples a lot.
You just don't hear it much because of them being one-shots or mostly covered with effects.

Ryan Leslie is dope for sure, and Zaytoven is talented for sure just not my kinda style.

Well i am focusing on my own style. I just wanna start doing it without sampling. And i wanna hear more sample-free producers for inspiration only. Its not to copy their style.

Both loops and samples. I am working alot with making stuff sound like its a sample. Like running it through different chains. Straight up emulating the sound as if it were sampled from an obscure soul vinyl for example. Its nothing new. Loads of people doing it. But atleast it would be my own samples and no need for hassle with clearance etc.

I will definitely send you a sample pack to use once ive worked more with it. Im sure we can figure something out.

Yes for sure they do sample also. But it doesnt sound like its a straight up soul loop with drums on it you know?

I think maybe the answer is just create own samples and continue makin beats as usual only with your own sounds.
