Record industry likes iTunes....they get more per song in terms of cost rather than selling an entire CD, because no one buys them, anymore and would rather pay $.99-$1.29 USD for select songs......Of course cutting out distribution/manufacturing costs... I'm sure iTunes is a lot cheaper than putting the shit on a CD.
