2 bananas
panko crumbs
2 cups canola oil
1 egg


start heating the oil. then make an egg wash by scrambling one egg. cut the bananas in chunks and put them into the egg bath and then the panko crumbs. dump them shits in the heated oil for like 4-5 seconds each and then put them on a plate covered with a paper towl. let them cool, garnish with powdered sugar...

takes like 15-20 minutes....goood shit
