Why is it that we hate cops so much and then when some shit happens to us and we call them, they're our fuckin heroes and shit.

well the fact is they are, for most people, their only defense. so when their only defense is caught in a racial profiling then the emotions are high. cops can get away with a lot. i fixed cell phones for 3 years and met some great cops (one was telling me how to get away with growing herb in my closet) but you can tell the humanity in their eyes most of the time.
