Does anyone use TRAKTOR 3 LE??

If anyone has used this program i need some help. i am trying to figure out how to use the effects on one deck only without messing up the other deck. im using this with a vestax vci 100. if anyone can help it would be really appreciated.

theres no insert effects in le, at least not in traktor 3. so you cant do that
