Its good to see you are clued up on the issues that control the world, history is important IMO. For its our history that leads us to where we are now. The mistakes of the past should be learned from and not just repeated over and over again. The major players in the world at the moment are the oil companies, history shows many times where we have ventured into other countries to steal their natural resources. Afganistan is all about an oil pipeline. Hence Dutch, UK, US involovement. For the dutch its Shell that pulls the strings, owned by the dutch royal family, for the UK its BP, and I really dont know who the big oil player in the us is maybe its Texaco, but we know the Bush Family is also an Oil family as well as Arms, Drugs and all that other good stuff.
With all that aside, what does bother me more than anything is the apathy of people, when told some of the horrible truths of the world. Attitudes have changed so much for the worse, we tolerate so much these days.
