DJ Mixer?

Hey, do i really need a DJ mixer to connect my turntable to the computer? Cant i just use one of those cheap behringers or something?

if you're just connecting it for sampling (no DJing/mixing) then a phono preamp should suffice.

i'm sure all you need is a phono pre amp, dont go off my input though i dont own a TT
