diffrence of the fantoms?

yo i was checking out an old musicians friend magazine and they had one of the first roland fantom's so i was wondering do the first fantom have the same sounds and instruments as the new fantoms like the x6 x7 ect. ect., i know the new ones have a diffrent sequencer and the new one has all that mastering, i just want to know if the had the same sounds as before or they updated it.

Well I can't tell u about the other Fantoms out there. But I'd like to think I'm different and better then them all. And yes I have better sounds then them too. Lol Lol j/k j/k.


But seriously yeah da newer Fantom keyboards have the old sounds and newer updated sounds. Exactly how much newer sounds I can't tell you.

(And yes I had my name waaaaaay b4 the Fantom keyboard was out) .lol also I am not a (roland) Fantom expert. Lol

yo fantom you wild, aight i was just checkin so pretty much the just put some pads on da bitch and some new sounds in it aight. cuz my friend is like all up on the roland fantom dick, but i was saying the pads suck on it, just get the old fantom and get the rack mounts from the new fantom would that be like the new fantom but with out the pads, cause my dickhead friends wants the fantom like a mo'fo and i want to help him out befor he spends all the money and don't like the pads cause all he want it for is the pads.

Actualy the old version had pads too.
The Fantom s series which was right b4 the Fantom X series. (I'm not sure about any model b4 that)

I like the pads on it. I've spent many hours in sam ash and guitar center bangin out on them on the Fantom s and X . I have the korg microkontrol midi controler which has da same pads as da Fantom series and I like em. I have no problem bangin out on them ( and yes I've used a mpc many times and there is a difference in feel. But ts not a bad thing.


I'd suggest your friend get the Fantom x its worth the money (I'm tryna get 1 my self .... Along with the roll royce Phantom car, da Fantom fury vac and da mask from the Phantom of the opera musical. Lol )
