Quick question, when flipping, are we only using the sample given for the melody? I suck at flipping, so with this one I find it so hard to come up with a melody because the track seems busy to me. Anywho, I will post up my best, please help a brother out! Thanks!

Use the sample any way you want to, you just need to use this song to chop. You can add anything you want to it.

Thats a dope flip, I'd say add one more change up to put the icing on it (your dropouts on your bassline was great but the melody stayed consistent, add a changeup in there...) and get in the habit of doing 2 min flips (pretty much the standard here). Great job though!

yeah Pug, this dude had some great music! Have you ever heard of the group called 'Stairsteps'? they remind me a lot of Lee Fields musically...very clean, funky, soul music.
