So for those who know copywrite is one of the best emcees in the underground. He is consitant with his rhymes and never fails at getting people to say OHHH!!! and DAMN!!! and did you hear what he said!!! His new album which was released several months back was a whole nother side of copywrite. He put his heart and soul along with his devestating rhymes together to make what im calling his best album ever. songs like Alive and Trooper and Crooked Cop ft Crooked I which are so lyrically tight its almost too good to be true. Songs like Shotgun and forever and a day and confessions are serious and heart felt songs really touching the listener, showing copywrite has had obsticles and forks in the road along the way of his journeys losing both parents going through struggles with everyday life. All of this comes out in his latest album life and times of peter nelson. i love listening to copywrite and i used to sometimes think, can he write something serious and meaningful? Yes and when he does is ground breaking. I remember when i heard him on Smutt Peddlers album porn again and was like Yo this guy is too nice..then High Exaulted and then Weathermen. Everything he blessed was the sickest. I dont know about you but i know that i look at him as an example of how to rock a mic. We all know that he had a falling out with Cage and Camu Tao which is copywrites best friend (i think they reconciled their differences dont mark my words) and we know that Camu Tao move to be city in the sky, which i think it took a toll on the ever so great copywrite and opened his eyes to new concepts. Listen to the album and feel the love pain and stuggles he has felt along with some of the sickest lyrics out there.
