yeah this looks a lot easier to manage than the previous ones like the whisper rooms, http://www.whisperroom.com/ which have been around for awhile and also pretty expensive, its still not an enclosure the other key to good vocals lies in the mic, I have seen crappy mics blow what seem to be a well insulated room though, so just make sure that with that booth you showed you also get a good mic, I have seen cats with open rooms that know how to record with a good mic without out any outside noise....but if you got noisy pc's or fans you gonna need a lot of distance from your rig or console to a booth or enclosure.

i got an ok mic right now, but when i get the money i'm gettin a rode ntk. this thing looks cool to me though, especially since i wanna move soon.

No not really, if you lease recording time and sell beats at the sessions it will pay for itself...think about that.

Also check out their mics. I got an SE3300a and that shit is crispy! I had an AT3035 before that and there's no comparison.
