Channels with a default 4x delay? WTF!?

when i open a new channel on fl studio it sets a default 4x delay on the channel window.
how can i stop that s***.everytime i have to turn it off and that really is annyoing.

maybe you have set the default mixer state with a delay on it.

you cant its by default, it doesnt matter though cuz its not doing anything..
