i felt the need to say that my family is from Liberia and i still have some uncles and aunts over there. as for the election, i can't vote but 'id probably go for Obama. the whole middle east thing doesn't really maek much sense to me, i don't know whops in the right and ahos in the wrong.

If Obama would've picked Hilary, McCain would NOT have picked Pay-Linda. He would have picked Romney or the the Governor of Minnesota.
Not to mention that's what the Republicans wanted. I'm sure Bill has been hella reckless with women over these past years. There's no telling how many women would have come out of the closet or how much dirt the conservatives have archived on him. A family melt down during the election would have killed the slim chance Obama has, the Clintons and the fact that he's black would've been all the Racist's needed to steal the election AGAIN!

from my experience, alot of these republicans support mccain blindly (how republicans do) and dont even know what obama's plans are. for example, if you make up to 250,000 a year, youre gonna get a substantial tax break. mccain is just cuttin taxes on big corporations just like the bushes do. basing your vote strictly on color, or by saying "i'm republican/democrat therefore i vote republican/democrat" is fuckin wack.

The positive side to that tho is that the people voting for Obama just for the sake of him being black are still doing America a favor in disguise IMO.
America has always been runned by rich white land owners....
Being the president sets a clear example of power in our nation with an automatic domino effect...
That domino effect being that this is the status quo for our democracy right now.
If a black man gets elected as president - that prior image starts to get shattered bringing on a new realization of what America can be....
Hopefully anyways.
