CLASS 1 piece of advice on your open offer LOL...how much risk are you willing to take LOL....a multitracked beat unsold and without a solid contract is a no no.....thats your masters to the instrumental.....not tryna tell you how to handle your biz....but its easy to take out your elements and use that nice drum track to my sample and melody...how you like that....

I was doing this nice practice until someone inside the industry told me that a multi track is like GOLD or Platinum....it has to have a huge sum put down and some wet ink on usage....

ehh thats why im only hitting up illmuzik Mc's , plus i need the beat for a complation anyway so it really dont matter.... hopefully i can find some good hearted MC's on here....

One top of that i know the beat im giving away would never be able to be cleared for a "mainstream" album becasue its a george benson sample and he is on the black list sample wise...

it may not be cleared mainstream, but what if it pops underground and someone sells like 10,000 copies of ur work with u getting no MONEY OR CREDIT

Yah, even if it's free you ought to send out a contract explcitly stating what this beat may be used for and all that then have it signed before any tracks are sent

But trust me all that was gonna be handled once somebody shows interest.,
a contract will be signed. The tracked out beat would have only been a 2 track with a voice tag, i will then take the acapallla that he recorded and mix it with the real version of the beat....

Again i appericate everybodies concern but i aint no simp.....

I know hes not slow and the responses have nothing to do with being slow i dont think, and were not losers maybe some are LOL it just completely clashed with whats been put out there including Classic himself on doing things to protect yourself, as a producer your multitracks are your masters(some out there might not know that I will put money on it) i saw him offering them up and that really is a foundation understanding some ot the newer heads might see this and think there is not a problem with doing it, multitracks/masters are like crown jewels I know real paid producers that dont let a multitrack go without some large cash deal LOL and a very well written contract...I know producers that would not even trust their best friend with them let alone someone on the internet claiming to be someone...not a dis...( I have to put that up to protect myself LOL) just looking out....but go to my first question how much risk is he willing to take?...its on him....
