So now I understand The Draft... But as I look at the current situation it is probably the result of the excessive budgets put into the war already, which kills the room for expanding social budgets which really need attention. This would make any president look bad in an election race because they know it's neglected for a reason that couldn't pay off the expected result ( revenue ) so the next president would take this step as a precaution for the next fuck up. In this case the public pays the price for a careless acting of the government. It's funny though because pretty much all communist countries use the same protocol ( draft ), which shouldn't be that appealing to the conservative parties. In all, they should send every member on the NRA and those that own a gun for no reason instead of those who've never touched or owned one. Would be a nice moral on weapons in general...
And second, Im wondering if they're already talking about reinstating the draft then they probably already have a target in mind, so who is going to have the next weapons of mass destruction ? I bet it wont be Israel ( Dimona ), maybe Iran on their threat, but what about Korea, I mean, you cant stop em all by means of payback and fair is fair, all nuclear developing countries are subjected to inspections, that means Israel aswell, you cant keep a hand over their head because of their ties to the US because it will give other countries the right as not to inspect their property. What would you expect ?
