Rapsody, Che Noir and Little Simz are the first ones I would have in that conversation personally.

I think Tinashe ability to sing, rap and dance is pretty underrated but that's just me. Che Noir album with Apollo Brown was really nice. Rapsody got tracks. Nicki is cool. Meg has some hits.
