I know this is off topic but I couldn't resists - this is my actual ankle xray from 2006. Luckily though Ive never broken or fractured a bone. Fucked my back up real bad a few months ago, spent 3 weeks in bed, that was the worst Ive ever had to deal with.
You should go swimming, its non impact and great exercise.
