I think @Armani should do a guest appearance on Attack of the Beats and review the beats.
- It was ok but came 20 years too late.
- Came in the Trash.
- Yawn. But I still came.
- etc... Came.
As long as you do it in your native language and the video gets flagged on Youtube as terrorist propaganda.Imagine a video on xraccoon.com where those are the tags on the video.
that aside tho I'd be down for a guest appearance, as long as you're down for getting audio from a phone-microphone that sounds 20 years to late
Appreciate it. Thank you. This one was yours @Primz
My kinda vibe. But I think it was like trying to do too much. This could have been like a NBA 2K anthem, has that vibe. But needs reigning in, congruence.
@Leopard Cohen really liked this one
@Bandia Gotach thought this was pretty interesting too
@DiFKiNCHi loved the funk vibes drums were good
@SwayeeBoogie I knew this would be yours. Not because I "identified your sound", but because it has that quality of sounding like it "goes together". The musical aspect, and the mix, individually and collectively it all sounds 'like a thing'.
This is a quality I look for, and also one I feel mine often have.
It's the key ingredient or 'magic' to a song/record that would actually succeed. It sounds like an actual song. Like it was meant to be. Sounds complete.
And I can even identify that through phone speakers.

Are these actual arvin quotes? The 3rd one is too too too accurateI think @Armani should do a guest appearance on Attack of the Beats and review the beats.

it was originally meant to be half as long but Mel Gibson was spittin', plus the main beat isnt varied so by 1.30 youve heard everything. When you've got a 2 minute beat length limit, probably not wise to go with a 45 second intro.
Even a 30 second one can be a bad idea, thats quarter/25% of your song, unless it's a musically amazing intro.
@Ys Man I forgot to post this, but this was yours.
congrats @Delta_Nine slick chops, equally as good as Dead Presidents for me, i would never tire of this.

@DiFKiNCHi those drums snapped and knocked in all the right places
I can name bout 17 people who'd agree.
You know i am always trying new sounds. First time going for the whole Horn vibe etc. I usually dont use much when i make a beat. I have to rein in this Vibe for the next one for sure. Not usually my style of Beat Making, but love the criticism though. @Iron Keys you know i like trap more, so this was just meh let me try something iv never done.@Delta_Nine congrats on that shit, pretty neat. garden of peace right?
esp grats to @StoneLockProd
also @TWU got my vote. delivered as per fucking usual. that shit was real hard, loved the groove, the vibe, errything. absolutely diabolical.
@Primz was tight too but maybe a tiny bit more minimalism & sounding more focused could've made it sound chiller, cooler, yk? the vibe is lit af but the whole production is a bit too all over the place, every element is screaming it's own points and no one's listening to anyone. you basically created the UK parliament.
I thought @Ys Man was boutta win this one cuz his beat is pretty ill-sounding if that makes any sense. it's got that placer vibe.
also personally, my own beat was frankly uninspired & shitty cuz the first time I ever experimented with that mpc thingy. it's not REAL mpc but I chopped the sample and assigned it to diff keys and... basically tried a version of the classic way of sampling for the first time. it's pretty fun! I still like my old daw-playlist method of sampling more, it's way more controlled, but this method is pretty fun and gives a completely diff perspective. will defo try it later too.
Thank you, first time trying this way of sampling etc, im generally a trap guy.@Primz , you had my vote on this battle. It was nice and clear/clean and I just liked the groove.

probably as far as I can go in arabi. good enough?
I get you. I mean I probably lost this one for the same reason so yk.You know i am always trying new sounds. First time going for the whole Horn vibe etc. I usually dont use much when i make a beat. I still think your moody vibey tracks are the monstrous ones. yk spliff and her sisters. I still listen to them...Thank you, first time trying this way of sampling etc, im generally a trap guy.
you gonna get the moody ones againI get you. I mean I probably lost this one for the same reason so yk.
