This one is tough to decide. @P.A.T. very smooth. Piano is on point and the drums are what stand out to me the most.

@2GooD Productions Very bouncy and bright. Dope shit. The vocals and scratches are a nice touch.

@2GooD Productions excuse me, brother --- are these beats that would otherwise have been in your Battle That entry? If so, I appreciate you not getting in because that would have been another title under your belt.

If not then polit--, actually no, unpolitely please fuck off. These last 2 beat fight beats are pure heat. Not pleased about that**. Especially as I'm going through a mega producer rut (kinda thinking to dead it and stick to mixing). If that's the case and these are just beat fight quality beats I fear what we may see in a beat this or warzone or whatever else.



**obviously am pleased that you're putting out bangers, but in a competitive sense obvs not ha. love.

@P.A.T. nice beat, nice composition and stuff. I think the mix could be improved, as there's nothing particularly wrong with the balance, that's all fine, but it feels a bit 'midi' -- I think the natuer of the production would maybe result in that, but I think mixwise there potentially could have been things done to really 'glue' the mix or take away that midi-ness of it. Still good work no doubt, you've got good arrangement skills!

Its the last two beats I made, this wasn't finished for battle that, so I finished it after I got the challenge for a beat fight.

What I mean by arrangement is, your beats sound musical. Some people make their beats too musical where they stop feeling so much like beats, but yours hold that right balance of musical and sounding like a beat.

Maybe a mix 'glue' issue then regarding the other point

@P.A.T. - that piano to open is so dope! I have more appreciation for your beats now that I know you're basically tracking everything in live without MIDI/quantization. I've said before, you've got a great sense of melody. I think all the sounds work well together. That bass line is super juicy! The melody change at 0:45 is really dope, as are the additional chords at 0:55. I'm not sure which part of this beat is my favourite. because they're all unique and add to the emotion of the track. Super cool stuff my man.

@2GooD Productions - Drums on this are soo dope. That snare with what sounds like a tamb layered is sick. The bass line has great movement. Like Fade said, great bounce with this one. Sample choice as always is spot on. Nice arrangement, but taking away points for lack of air horn lol. Dope beat.
