I dont think that this cop actually meant to shoot this guy,watch his reaction after his gun goes off, he's shocked and then dismayed.
I think if he was like some of the intentional brutality is usually punctuated by some "Yeah mf'r! Take that!" and shit. Usually they dont look suddenly shocked and remorseful.
Just my thoughts for now.

they have bart police and oakland PD..I believe that was OAKLAND PD...

I knew a few cops in Oakland being that I worked at a starbucks right next to the main precinct and they deal with a lot of shit...its oakland now people, the place is grimey...

What kills me is reading all of the typical negative racist shit that gets posted from the swarms of degenerate heads below the youtube videos of stuff like this!

It seriously blows me away that theres THAT MANY cruel and hateful people out there. Its like back in the day Rome Mob shit....The crowd gives em' a thumbs down to kill him since its their form of entertainment....No actual thought process put into what they are saying and what their words actually mean or the importance of human life.

You really can't win a fight with the cops tho, I mean if you kill them to try and escape with your life , they will really kill you!! As opposed to the kill light they would have done before.
There isnt anywhere to turn for help if they are just out to get you. You would have to like join some crazy organization that hates the man but compromises your values, like the New Black Panther Party or the Aryan Nation or some shit, I cant see anyone else with guns able to really hide some one from "The Man"..

This is really disgusting behaviour from police. I think there is something in their training that is not right. A certain mentality. Either that, or they attract a certain breed that has some issues.
