When I was taking martial arts (got up to brown belt in kempo) my instructor seemed really small and frail but could hit and punch harder than everyone. shit was crazy. He said it's because of technique but not of muscle. He actually used to say that the buffer guys actually lose quickness and power because the muscle slows down the tendons or some other weird/logical explanation.
from that I would say it would be slow but still looking at his arms i wouldnt want to be the one finding out

I believe Barry should be TREATED innocent until found guilty. Now, I'm not saying that I'm dumb enough to believe that he didn't used steroids, but so did 60% of Baseball during that time. So why is Barry getting all the attention? For one, people know that they can make money off his name and write about book about him using steroids (ala Jose Canseco). And two, he is an arrogant black man in America on the verge of passing a white baseball player who most of the white public sees as the best baseball player ever (Babe Ruth). People will say it isn't a racial thing, but lets be real. Mark McGwire did roids and he didn't get 1% of all the flack that Barry is getting. And why now? Why when he only needs 6 homers to pass ruth. You can't be cocky and black in America. Just ask Kobe, Mike Tyson, Jim Brown, Artest, Spreewell.......I could go on for days. Just my 2 cents.
The initial Balco investigation started off to specifically prove Barry Bonds was using steriods.
I agree if Mark McGwire was approaching Babe Ruth's record steriods wouldn't be an issue. They weren't when he was playing.
I think the viciousness with which the media is attacking Bonds turns off a lot of people.
The whole steriods issue wasn't an attempt to clean up baseball, it was an attempt to prevent or eradicate Barry Bonds passing Babe Ruth's record, and I don't like that.
He admitted to using a cream that was most likely steriods already that he got from his trainer.
I used to have a personal trainer. I assumed any substance he gave me was not illegal and it wouldn't harm my body. If he gave me a cream I would've used it.
That may seem careless, but that's why a lot of people hire personal trainers. Nutrition and supplments are confusing as f!ck and you don't know what's harmful or good for you. If I hire a personal trainer I'd assume everything they gave me was healthy and not illegal.
The media really turns me off and makes me hope Barry is the all-time Home Run leader and that he did do steriods and no one will ever be able to prove it; ripping the hearts of media scum to shreds.
The media has never liked Bonds, he's the opposite of Jerome Bettis. Barry Bonds has had a very public life. His Dad was a hall of fame baseball player, he's godfather is Willie Mays......Bonds himself is a megasuperstar..... cameras and microphones have constantly been in his face. He answers the same questions over and over again.
I think he cheated. I'm rooting for him because the media gets this sick desire of seeing him fall.
