Audio Effects Plugins

What do you guys recommend in terms of audio effects plugins - both paid and free? I've been using FL Studios stock ones, but feel like I need an upgrade from that.

I'm looking for sound modulation type of effects: phasers, vibrato, chorus, flanger, etc.

For phaser chorus and flagner try blue cat, they are free and they even have a bundle with an audio spectrum an eq a phaser a chorus and flagner completely free, its crazy
