Thats the exact reason that I'm not all that wired about playing online games...lol. I "mastered" several games only to go online and get my @$$ kicked by some 7 yr old kid who's dad has this super computer with cheats and whatever else...hahaha well maybe not, but I have the fastest internet speed possible in my area and my ish seems to lag -vs- everybody else. So I usually just learn the game well and then put it on the hardest setting until I beat it.

Ive played games and finished them on hard and think Im the dogs testicles, and then I go online and get my arse kicked, and then I keep playing and before I know it, my gaming skills get to the next level. I love online gaming, I hardly play the actual games anymore, and go straight online.
Ive had Black Ops since it came out, I still havent finished it. I hardly play it, except online, and when the fucking network works.
Yeah I'm sure it's mainly a matter of knowing the game first, then learning the difference of how everything works while playing online....(lag, pc, game console or whatever...). It's just not for me in general, I've noticed that war games take more finesse while hand to hand combat games take more split second timing and speed. So you onliners have fun and I'm gonna do my thing on the console...lol.

to me consoles are just as good at delivering a in depth online experience as pc's. the biggest difference i think is with the processing power. few pc games also have bigger multiplayer teams. but ea recently said that they dont do 64 player on consoles because gamers have not asked for them. not because it couldnt be done. blackhawk down on the original xbox had 64 player matches. playing online is totally different from single player because there is no ai. you can be nice as shit offline but get online and you get exposed. so much that you can be like somebody is cheating. only a matter of time that you be yelling FUCK! in the living room.
I think overall (with a dope computer) PC gaming surpasses console play..
PC offers more options in terms of accessibility of areas in maps that are closed off on console...servers are a lot better for the most part......Some FPS offer map making capabilities....and actually the controls for a PC (once you're used to them) are actually better than just a joystick...
My gripe is you're always having to upgrade your shit on a PC ....you'd have to upgrade your video card every 1-2 years, unless you go and spend $600 on a sick video card and you can have it for like 2-3 years....before another $600 and an motherboard upgrade has to be done....

meh. its made by treyarc. they are the ones that made cod3 world at war and black ops. all sub par to the ones created by infinity ward. cod 2, modern warfare and modern warfare 2. i am looking at battlefield 3. they went back to the original type of battlefield games.
