Aquemini drums?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what effect outkast put on the drums in the song "aquemini" and how i could achieve that effect? I think its a flanger but i'm not sure...

On the drums? The only thing I notice is the reverb on the snare. Unless you're talking about the other sound which would be a flanger/delay type of effect.

Yea, I listen to the beat earlier... Heavy reverb on the snare/rim shot... I think I hear what ur talking about tho on the hats, right? I can hear it more on the open hat, but it kinda does sound like a flanger... idk tho
