Eh so I got an mpd 16 and an oxygen 61 keyboard and I downloaded midi ox so that way i could use both with reason without switching shit. Well I got them both working in reason but i can't recorded with either. Heres what I did:
1. Went to preferences and advanced midi and clicked on port 1 = midi yoke 1
2. Added a Redrum (no mixer yet) and in the hardware interface put it onto channel 1
I obviously also put in midi ox my oxygen 61 and mpd16 into the input devices and put midi yoke 1 as the output. I can play everything but when I press record and play I just hear myself playing and nothing gets recorded. Whadda fuck? A lil help would be nice. Thanks. Oh yeah and the record button is pushed and the record icon and the keyboard icon next to the redrum are selected (and its not on mute or anything).
